Feb 18^th, 2006, 11:49am Ness was at the restaurant, he figured a lot of fighters would be coming soon, and so here would be the place to be. He saw someone he didn't see last year, a Caitian, Admiral Jackie Clawson if he remembered correctly, but he wasn't positive. TAG Clawson

Jackie came in, particularly satisfied with how her last match went securing herself another win. SHe was a bit su rprised she managed to win it, but she did, even if it left her with a few extra scrapes and scratches. Browsing around the restaurant she was having a hard time trying to pick what to eat especially since she wasn't particularly hungry that much right now.

K'Vok entered the restaurant, looking around. When he saw the kitty with Ness, he moved over to the bar, ordering a plate of gagh. He could listen into their conversation from there. This wasn't turning out well, the Caitian was proving to have horrible taste if she was having lunch with K'Vok's student, who still barely knew which end of the betleH to thrust into someone, much less what the betleH truely stood for.

"Well this is definitely different" Jackie chuckled lightly. "Course... heh. the more different it is , the more you learn from the experience" she noted. Jackie paused lightly, wondering about her last line, her current experience was one of those different things.

Coming to the tournament, the Caitian had no idea what she was in for, and so far the tournament has proven to be different to anything she's faced so far on a lot of levels. It's true that she wasn't doing so well in the actual battles, and under other circumsances, she would be highly peeved with herself, but right now, the Caitain might've been just a bit angry, angry enough to keep it to herself, and to make sure she kept on going, kept on trying; but she enjoyed the exprience so far.

Aside meeting new people and getting to know some of them, the Caitian was extatic to feel the surge of adrenaline each time she fought in the arena, and in the end, she hadn't really cared who won or lost. It's been years since Jackie felt truly alive, this experience made her feel alive all over again. The Caitian took something from each and every battle, and took each of her losses with full pride, knowing fair well she fought with honor throughout the match and did her best. She just needed a bit more work with the betleH, and hopefully, once she acquired a personal betleH instead of the replicated one, she'd do better too. She might not make it far this year, but by next year, she'd be more prepared than she was right now.

Jackie looked up, noticing K'Hare and the other judges at another table. this was a good moment to catch the Klingon and inquire about her incident with the short Klingon last night.

"Excuseme" Jackie said "I'll be right back, I have to talk to K'Hare about something" she said standing up
