OFF: Oops.. guess who forgot about this particular bit with all that’s been going on! My bad! >.< ON: As the second Klingon went after Chadwick, the Klingon Jackie managed to scratch turned to come after her, catching her by her shoulders, his strong arms holding her firmly in place. Jackie couldn’t move, her teeth gritted she lifted a foot and kicked back at the KLingon, not really aiming anywhere, but just aiming to make the Klingon loosen his grasp on her. It didn’t work, if anything the Klingon held on tighter as he forced her to face him. Jackie narrowed her eyes, her tail twitching from side to side as she glared up at him, defiance in her eyes. “I eat targh like you for breakfast.” He sneered as he swiftly released the Caitian’s shoulders only to grab her roughly by her wrists as he gazed at her. “Well.. too late for breakfast” she noted, realising that he just cut off one of her defences but hardly letting that stop her. The Klingon glowered at her before he grabbed her wrists in one of his burly hands and reached out to slap her hard with the other. Jackie hissed in response, trying to wriggle free from his grasp, but the hold he had on her was good enough to prevent her from trying anything without causing herself more pain or injury. Jackie had no intention of injuring herself too badly, before she had to fight her qualifier match, and with the set of matches coming up next day, she wanted to make sure she was in tip top shape for most part. Jackie growled, not quite sure what to do next, but she wasn’t about to give up and let the Klingon win. She came to the tournament to fight in the tournament not elsewhere on the base. Not that she minded that, much. This was the sort of thing she lived for. Testing her foe’s patience was one of the things Jackie made an art off in her younger days. It appears she still had the touch after all these years. She heard shouts coming from the side, sensing Chadwick was in trouble the Caitian turned her attention to the burly Klingon who still had her in his grasp. He was looking intently on her as his hold on her tightened. Letting out a loud hiss, Jackie kicked the Klingon square in the gut taking him off guard considering the force that came from her kick. He released his hold on her as the Caitian dropped to the ground, her eyes narrow; she launched a series of quick attacks on the Klingon trying to knock him out. Jackie paused briefly to take a look at Chadwick’s situation, she didn’t like what she saw as the other KLingon was busily pounding on Chadwick who appeared to be unconscious. ”Hey!” Jackie caught the Klingons’ attention with a sharp yell. The one who was busy beating on Chadwick looked up sharply as the Caitian caught up to him momentarily forgetting her own opponent and thus giving him time to recover. “Why don’t you pick on someone…” Jackie paused, realising how silly her statement would’ve sounded if she said ‘your size’ considering the Klingon was way taller than she was. She flashed him a grin, “MY size” she finished the phrase, hiding her nervousness at facing two Klingons at once especially after witnessing what they’d done to Chadwick. Her hands clenched into fists, Jackie glowered at both the Klingons despite being aware that the odds were far from being in her favour. She wasn’t about to let them know that as she stood about a foot away from both of them. The two Klingons exchanged looks and let out a loud laugh. “Caitian’s got guts” one noted. “I bet they taste good…” the other replied, sneering at Jackie. “How about we see for ourselves?” the first one replied back also sneering at Jackie. “Gotta catch your food first, boys” Jackie smirked, clicking her tongue against her teeth. Her attitude seemed to irritate the Klingons even more. She stood there defiantly looking at both of them, her tail shifting side to side as she waited for them to make a move. They exchanged a few phrases in Klingon. “Well…you two gonna chat here like two ol’ civilian ladies or you’re actually going to do something?” she asked, her tone purring as she cocked her head to the side. The two took a few steps towards her, Jackie stood her ground as she watched them intently. “what is it the humans say? ‘Here Kitty kitty’? “ Jackie narrowed her eyes, as she sneered, revealing her fangs, her eyes flashing. She leapt up in the air somersaulting closer to the two. Landing on her feet, the Caitian bared her fangs and executed a well placed roundhouse kick sending one of the Klingons reeling back. “Don’t call me that” she said, her tone dark, as she rushed the still recovering Klingon bringing him down to the ground with a loud thud. She perched atop of him, her eyes flaring as she looked into his eyes. The fiery anger in her eyes told him not to move. “it makes me want to let my feral side out” she spoke, she held up a hand with the sharp ends of her claws in plain view of the Klingon. He struggled to try to get up, Jackie gave off a short hiss and the next thing the Klingon saw was her fist coming in to connect with his jaw, then he saw nothing. Jackie cocked her head to the side, clicking her tongue. “Told you not to call me…” She started saying but was interrupted as she felt herself being lifted off the Klingon by a strong hold on the back of her uniform. Jackie heard a sneer in her ear as the hold on her tightened further cutting off the air for the Caitian. She lashed out at her assailant but her foot caught empty air as she realised she was airborne. Jackie met the wall with a thud, she let out a groan as her body exploded with a sharp pain. Dazed the Caitian slid to the floor, her vision blurred as she saw the Klingon sneer her way from the opposite end of the room, Jackie fought back the notion to slip into unconsciousness as she heard the KLingon say something towards her, but she couldn’t make it out. She gritted her teeth and blinked back pain as she tried to clear her head and focus. Strugglingto get to her feet, she felt a hand reach out and take a hold of her wrist. She blinked, realising the hand belonged to the Base Security Chief who was apparently conscious somehow. “Admiral…” he whispered, clearly in pain as he slid a phaser across to her. Jackie smiled as she swiftly picked the weapon up and got up to her feet. She staggered lightly trying to get her bearings back. The Klingon’s sharp growl as the distance was shortening between the two woke her up instantly, she raised the phaser and setting it to heavy stun fired off a single shot aimed at the Klingon. He tumbled to the ground, still conscious, Jackie lowered the setting and fired again to finish him off. Catching her breath, the Caitian made her way back to Chadwick to check up on him, he was unconscious again and didn’t look too good. Jackie growled to herself before the Caitian tapped her commbadge =/\= Security to Sickbay. Lock onto Lieutenant Chadwick’s lifesigns and beam him to sickbay=/\= she said, not feeling slightest bit out of place as she ‘took over’ Chadwick’s job by referring to herself as part of Security. Jackie let out a slow sigh as she watched the beam take Chadwick away. She released the security seals on the room and surveyed the damage. OFF: There… now that’s wrapped up…about bloody time I know…
