Jane sat down at her desk, it had been Dull so far, but since the competition wasn't going to start till the next day she was glad about it. She looked over the computer screen in front of her. Jane had decided to hold out in her office since she thought some klingons might think her weak cause of her Cane.

</\>“ops to sickbay…. Medical emergency inbound”</\>

Jane looked up it was something she just had never been able to get around… “Understood Ops”

She looked out of her office window as she stood, and a Marine all black and Blue Materialised on Bio Bed 3.

2 nurses converged on him while Jane walked out of her office. She picked up a Medical Tri-corder and scanned the Marine as she approached him.

“3 Broken Ribs, a Bruised liver… Betty, liver, Sam, that bruising on his Face … I’ll work on the ribs”

In unison “Yes doctor” both nurses said.

Jane got to work on mending the Ribs…. She was glad that the Marine was out cold. Just as she finished the last rib Sam was still going with the bruising. Betty had finished as well…

Jane stood back and looked at the marine, his Rank insignia indeicated that he was a Major. ’wonder where he’s stationed, he’s not from here’ Jane thought. She left Sam dealing with the Bruises and went back to her office to Write up the incident report.

LCpl Jennifer Brown, T'shir's assistant had heard about the fight and made her way down to the sickbay. She was worried, not knowing what to do. She didn't want to contact Grenn or Emerson as Jason wouldn't appreciate them knowing at the time.

Stepping into the SickBay he looked around quickly seeing the trunk legs of the huge six foot marine layed limp on the table. Sucking in her breath Jenniffer spoke up to the doctor on hand. "I'm Lance Corporal Jennifer Brown, I'm the Major's assistant" Looking at the body on the table "How is he?"

Interrupted from her dinner by a comm call from base Security, Colonel Grenn immediatly came to sickbay to see what had happened to one of her crew. Upon entering, the first thing she saw was Major T'Shir on a bio-bed, and his assistant nearby talking to one who appeared to be a Doctor.

"Excuse me, Doctor, Lance Corporal. Colonel Grenn, DS7. Jason here is one of mine. I heard about the fight. What did that Klingon do to him, and is he in a cell yet?" she asked her.

Bettina hurried to Sickbay to check on Jason. She had gotten the message that he had been hurt, but didn't know the severity or exact circumstances. What mattered was that he was hurt and it was her job here to see after the DS7 crews...and it was Jason...

Stepping into Sickbay, she noticed first Col. Grenn, then the doctor, and then Jason...for an instant she hesitated, then stepped past everyone to go to Jason's side, examining the monitors as she took his hand. She was in civilian clothes...

"Jason?" she whispered...what had he been up to? "Come on, wake up...I don't want that fleabag of a dog, you know."

Jane looked at the Corporal, leaned on her Cane then opened her mouth to talk as the doors opened again.

A Colonel Walked in. jane closed her mouth and looked at him.

Jane raised her Free hand. “first…. Corporal, he is fine… his Facial Mussles will be a little tender for a little while… I’d say no more then 24, or 36 hours at the Maximum,” she turned to the Colonel. The doors opened again, and another officer walked in. looked at where the three of them we’re standing and talking. She then walked over to where the Huge Major was Lying.

“now colonel, Green was it”(OOC, that was a Deliberate Typo Grenn)

“sorry, Colonel Grenn, I have no idea what happened to the Klingon whom injured your Major, hell, I didn’t even know it was a Klingon who did it. That’s something you will have to take up with security. Anyway, your Major had a Bruised Liver, some Broken Ribs, and some Serious Bruising about the face, that’s why his Facial mussels will be sore for a little while.”

Rolf was glad that his parents had made the trip from Haydian prime. He actually wanted his Uncle, Admiral Robert Chadwick and his aunt to attend. However, the Admiral’s ship was in the middle of a mission and couldn’t get away. The dinner with his family was interrupted when security contacted the Admiral.

Rolf was taken back. They hadn’t been on Serenity base for a full day and station security was already contacting him.

=/\= “This is Admiral Emerson. Report.” =/\=
=/\= “Sorry to disturb you Admiral, Do you know a Major Jason T’shir?” =/\=
=/\= “I do indeed.” =/\=
=/\= “He’s been involved in an altercation sir. He’s been taken to sickbay.” =/\=
=/\=” HE’S BEEN WHAT?” =/\=
=/\= “He’s been taking to our sickbay sir.” =/\=
=/\= “Acknowledge, I’m on my way.” =/\=

Rolf snarled in frustration. He hoped for T’Shir’s sake that he did not cause the altercation. If he did, T’Shir would not like Rolf’s reaction. He hurried down to sickbay to find that his executive officer was already present.

“Colonel, what’s the situation?” Rolf said trying hard not to show that he wasn’t happy.

"Oh, I'm sorry, Ma'am..." Bettina straightened and looked at the doctor. "Petty Officer Davies, Ma'am. I'm a MedTech. Jason...Major T'shir is a friend. I'm sorry, Ma'am, I should have requested permission before intruding..." She looked back at the instrument readouts. "So, he'll be all right?"

As the Admiral came in, she sighed and looked at the doctor. "Major T'shir is well-liked, Ma'am. He's a good man...pigheaded, but good..."

Colonel, what’s the situation?” Rolf said trying hard not to show that he wasn’t happy.

"Jason got the crud kicked out of himself by a Klingon. Security told me as much, but I don't know if he's in custody or whatnot. I suggest we find out." she said, ready to leave and pursue this more with station Security.

= About 20 minutes later=

Jason's eye's slowly oppened, the light above him blurred his vision 'Why do they have to..' a shooting pain went through his body 'atleast your not dead Jason'

Sitting up on the table another shot of pain raced through his body. Bearing it like a dman good marine he recognised Bettina and Jenniffer speaking to each other. "Bett..That you?"

After listening to his XO, Rolf wanted to speak to security. Someone had the audacity to attack one of his officers for no reason. He was going to get to the bottom of this.

“You’re Dr. Bond I take it?” Rolf asked sizing up the medial officer in question. “Get the security chief down here right now. I want to talk to him. And Doctor, I don’t know what you know about me but when it comes to the well being of my officers, I am not a patient man.”

OOC: Don’t be afraid of him. Rolf just cares for his people and when they are attacked he takes it very personal.

He walked into sickbay to find T'shir coming to on a Bio-bed and Rolf "requesting" the security cheif come to sickbay. "Admiral, Colonel, Major", He said quickly, "What happened, is there anything I can do to help?" <TAGS to DS7 crew present>

He fell back unto the bed. 'Let's try this again' taking a deep breath he stood up again, this time getting his bearings he looked up at the Admiral

“Don’t worry Admiral, I’m not a Patent Woman” she put her Weight onto her Good leg and Raised the Cane. “But with this I have to slow down and look where I’m going!” jane lowered her Cane, “if you will excuse me…” Jane turned and walked into her office, she sat in her Chair

“ahhh” with the weight off her Leg she felt better. She then tapped the computer. ”Sickbay to Lieutenant Chadwick, I have an Admiral down here which wants to talk to you about an assault which took place about an hour ago. Would you be able to come down and talk to him about it… he seems Very annoyed about it. And with him being an admiral, I do what he asks”

"Shh...Jason, just stay quiet." Bettina looked at the others and smiled softly. It was like that old French tale...All for one...She had no worries being on this station. The crew from DS7 would all look out for each other. Then he tried to stand...

He knew he was in trouble now. Admiral Emerson and Colonel Grenn were also in the room, quickly followed by Korenz. 'You see the attention you get' he smirked and tried to get off the bed. He fell back unto the bed. 'Let's try this again' taking a deep breath he stood up again, this time getting his bearings he looked up at the Admiral

"Good Day Sir, you really didn't need to come down sir"

"Jason...." Looking to K'Dr'n for help, Bettina grabbed T'shir around the waist to give him support...not that she would do anything besides cushion his fall! Hissing lightly to get the Klingon's attention, she nodded to Jason, knowing the big oaf would protest if she came right out and asked K'Dr'n to stay near, just in case.

"How many fingers am I holding up?" She curled her hand into a fist and waved it in front of his face. "What is my middle name?" Grinning up at T'shir, she knew it would be a good sign if he knew she was teasing...
